About Us

Care Forward Transport, LLC was founded by Levan Shawn Alston with a mission rooted in personal experience. When his grandmother was undergoing dialysis, his family witnessed firsthand the challenges of finding safe, dependable transportation to and from her treatments. Seeing the impact this had on her care and peace of mind inspired him to create a service that individuals and families could truly rely on.

A former professional basketball player, Levan brings the same discipline, preparation, consistency, and accountability that shaped his athletic career into the transportation industry. He believes that showing up on time, being prepared, and following through on commitments are not just expectations, but essential parts of providing quality care.
